I worry about a company trying to copycat another's name. This isn't Daniel Defense. I've never heard of them before all the posts on here in the last month. Sorry I have no helpful info though. Oh, and i'm thinking this doesn't include a charging handle or bolt carrier group- it's not listed.

I think you're right to be worried. I did some research:
-Davidson Defense seems is owned by the same guy that owns Delta Team Tactical
-Delta Team Tactical has plenty of awful testimonials around the web. The have an F rating from the BBB (https://www.bbb.org/us/ut/orem/profile/gun-dealers/delta-team-tactical-1166-22290621...). So does Davidson Defense (https://www.bbb.org/us/ut/orem/profile/gun-dealers/davidson-defense-1166-90017692...)
-Both businesses have the same address, as does omegamanufacturinginc.com - a business which primarily sells Davidson Defense and Delta Team Tactical parts
-All 3 businesses have VERY similar websites, identical in some places

Not too difficult to see what's going on here.

You aren't being paranoid. You're being vigilant. Keep it up.

Nobody is trying to copy anyone, you're just being paranoid. I have bought 3 uppers from them in the past couple years, 2 assembled and 1 kit, and have not had any issues. I've also bought quite a few other things from them. I made one return on an item, which wasn't their fault, and it was smooth and easy to do. I have no hesitations buying from them again. Just my 2 cents based on actual 1st hand experiences.

Can someone tell me why I shouldn't buy this? All the specs look legit. My biggest concern would be the barrel but I think I think this is a quality one, right? Barrel: 10.5 .300 Blackout 4150 CMV QPQ is decent, right? I'm new to her AR platform and all ready have a pistol in 5.56. So I'm in the market for a 300 BO upper. Still though I'm new to AR's so any help would be appreciated.

Look at my reply to TimTom above.
Beyond that, you should always be suspicious when prices get this low.
If it seems too good to be true...

I’ve read some negative comments on the company being shady has/is under a couple other names too (Delta Team Tactical/Omega) ? So I’ve never taken the chance and typically order from Bear creek arsenal or Palmeto State Armory. I’ve seen last week BCA had I think a .300 Blk upper with Bolt carrier group for about $180! Although I would recommend if your not planning on suppressing anytime soon then get a M lok upper in 7.62x39 similar ballistics, but a lot CHEAPER to shoot. C Products Defense Mags are good to use. If you see something out of stock you like sign up for the email in stock notification. Order PSA’s products through Active Junky website and save additional 6%. It’s not hard to sign up.
