Smith & Wesson M&P 40 police trades in fair to good condition. Used M&P40 .40SW come with three 15rd magazines, adjustable back straps and night sights. Night sights maybe low glow due to age. No manual thumb safety. They do have a magazine safety and will not fire without a magazine. Come in a black factory plastic case. These are used police guns and will show moderate to heavy holster wear, finish wore around the edges and scratches from use. Pictures are of multiple guns to show overall condition. Guns have been visually inspected and function checked only. No Sales to California, New York City, Washington D.C, you must be 21 years of age to purchase.

What changed on the slide stops to determine generation?

Bought one of these. Mine was a first gen with the older slide stop. Did a deep clean, replaced the mag springs and she runs just like my other M&Ps. Slight holster wear and my night sights are just about half life compared to a new set and my set from 2010. Added a 2.0 palm swell.
