I had the Pro Carry model. Very accurate and smooth shooter, but make sure to oil the heck out of the slide, where it connects to the frame, before you take it to the range. I did not do that and I could not get mine to cycle the first time out; a lot of oil on the slide solved that problem.... or simply clean it and oil the heck out of it before you shoot it.
FWIW I have the full size and it shoots great. Great trigger and great action. I think you’ll like it
I just ordered one. I'll let you know after a few hundred rounds lol. For whatever reason, 1911 reviews as a whole are scarce on YouTube. I've only owned the Ruger SR1911s, and a Mil-Spec Springfield. I just couldn't pass up this price for a Kimber. I also prefer the Commander to the Government.
Nice deal. Cheapest I seen it.
