The rebate expired at the end of 2011..
So I'm not sure why there would be ANY chance of it working..

Walmart.com has this same exact scope/red dot for the same price as Amazon.com, only it's currently in-stock and also qualifies for the $40 rebate. If you are wanting to give this a try you may wanna hurry and order it so that you can get that $40 back in your pocket! Since this rebate has begun, I have purchased (2) TRS-25's and (1) of these, ALL for under $100 AFTER rebates! That's a deal I just could not pass up...
