Even though it is crazy expensive, it is still way cheaper than buying a SCAR17 and adding those things yourself. That barrel assembly is probably $800 by itself.
Shoot I can build 6 or 8 good AR15s for that. I've never seen one in person. Are these even possibly worth 4k???
This blows away any sub $500 AR15. It's not even worth mentioning in the same thought. Now a $2000 AR10? That might be debatable if your budget is tight.
As much as I love the FN's style of firearm's and weaponry if this operates anything like it's smaller brother the US made SCAR-H it will be hit or miss. I really wish we had easier access to Belgian made FN firearms

Without the Ugg boot and in this color scheme, the SCAR is absolutely stunning. Wow. I just wish I had the money to blow 4 PTRs worth on a single rifle...
