Placed my order August 20th... STILL “processing” - they usually take a few days before the order is shipped, but REALLY???

$9.99 plus free shipping... okay makes the best magazines, and anytime you get a ‘Colt’ magazine it’s an okay magazine with a Colt stamp... Colt isn’t the only company they make magazines for. But either way, $9.99 free shipping is a hell of a dal
Product good, price good. Terrible communication, no status updates, weeks to receive product.
Bought 15 on a 7.99 sale some months ago. Almost 5 weeks to get my order after they charged my card. Online stock showed 1100+. I emailed three times asking for status updates two weeks after I placed my order with an order status stuck at pending. Last email I sent asking to cancel my order and refund. Finally get a snarky response that they were waiting on their supplier to ship to them as they were oos. Received my package two days later. Order still showed in process status.
