I bought one... it does not work with the Remington Tac-14.... I would not recommend it at all... trigger guard still sticks out... even on that shorty...
Go tromping through some woods with an exposed trigger on that, likely to end up with a new rectum...
Either carry the shotgun with a shell in the chamber and the safety on or without a shell in the chamber and the safety off. That way it isn't a problem, and really you shouldn't carry a shotgun with a shell in the chamber and the safety off regardless of whether the trigger guard is covered due to most pump action shotguns not being drop safe with the safety off.
I bought one of this few weeks ago. Decent quality for the $$$. My Remington 870 Tac-14 loves it!
ditto! good quality for the $, but i'll find out how it holds up for sure after a trapping season of being abused while attached to trap basket...
perfect fit for nfa 870 and tac 14 but way too shallow for 870P with 18"bbl, but voodoo also makes a model for 18" bbls…
I ended up with the black because OD was available when I ordered
The black one is $13.49, OD green for $13.08 and the coyote tan (FDE) is $15.28. (I guess they must use real coyotes, that's why they cost more). No matter, regular price is $29.95
Price on Amazon is higher than the price listed here.
