The Right Side Charging Bolt Carrier Group is a quality component for your next build. The full mass M16 pattern 8620 steel bolt carrier has been treated with a super slick salt bath nitride finish for easy cleaning, reduced friction, and a reduced need for lubrication while the 9310 steel bolt assembly has a durable manganese phosphate finish. Each BCA bolt carrier group is magnetic particle inspected offering peace of mind that your BCG is free from material defects.
This side charging model has been milled to accept the included charging handle. Alternatively, the charging handle may be removed entirely for use with standard AR-15 charging handles.
NOTE: This BCG does not feature forward assist serrations.

Not sure why you think it comes with an upper, it only lists the BCG
Where did u see that as it doesn’t say anything in the listing in their website?
These get down to $69.99 at Primary Arms from time to time if you can wait for the right deal. Same with the upper that goes with them. $69.99 time to time. $129.99 as a combo deals happens, but rarely.
