Never had one problem and I have been using them since day one for all sorts of products they have sold from primers to powders, old owners to new owners.
He sells items that are not always in stock. You place an order, wait for days sometimes weeks and then he offers a substitute product. Also, the items he has are really low quality IMO but I'm just one guy out here so maybe you'll have a better experience. You might want to give him a try and find out for yourself.
