i got one as well... gun pro deals i think... gun is ok. good ideas destroyed by crappy customer service and north east attitudes... i will expound:

called the "tech support line" for questions about when i (legally) shorten barrel to sub 18" after adding adding arm brace what size should barrel gas ports be. the "tech" who was probably an "assembler" proceeded to tell me that he couldnt answer "legal" questions, and that Short barrel (not)shotguns were banned in whatever state they are in. i said thats great, i didnt call asking for legal advice, we went around and around for a few minutes till we were both pissed and hung up. now the company offers just such a gun, sub 18" (14", i think, extended lil buffer thing out back).

my next unfavorable interactions occurred after i started to start teh barrel shortening process and needed the buffer tube adapter part. they make a "kit" which they claim they dont wanna break up. it includes 1 spring, 1 washer, the adapter part and buffer tube. they want $160. i read somewhere that someone on interwebz had luck with the company selling parts individually, (ie, minus the buffer tube) for cheaper. so i called, emailed etc, and the only way they can sell me $50 worth of parts($15 buffer tube, 50 cent spring, 50 cent washer, $34.50 buffer tube adapter) is to do it for $160 (plus shipping).

final icing on the cake, which of course is my fault, but it didnt occur to me at time of purchase, and it may not occur to you all, is that the gun ships iwth only 1 magazine. im late to the hate on guns for only shipping with 1 mag, but i agree with all the others that say its silly to sell a (future) paperweight with only 1 mag.
