The Sig Sauer® P365 XL Semi-Auto Pistol with X-RAY3 Night Sights is a lightweight polymer-frame, striker-fired pistol that's small enough to conceal, yet big enough to fit comfortably in larger hands. A smooth, consistent trigger pull on a flat-face trigger with a 90° break permits precision shot placement as well as rapid, controlled fire. An ergonomic textured grip provides instinctive pointability and a non-slip hold, even with sweaty or gloved hands. A unique grip design provides a high grip-to-bore axis to fire control; and the frame features an integral slim-line rail that is compatible with Sig Sauer light or laser accessories. The frame encloses a serialized, stainless steel fire control unit (FCU). The corrosion-resistant stainless steel slide features an optics-ready slide cut (adpater not included), as well as front and rear serrations for improved slide manipulation for loading, chamber checks, and clearing the action. The slide is nicely chamfered and de-horned for enhanced concealment and snag-free holstering. Electro-Optics™ X-RAY3 high-visibility, 3-dot tritium sights are quick to acquire in most any lighting.

I had one of the gen 1 models and put about 300 rounds through it. The only hiccup it ever had was that it failed to eject the last round’s casing and lock the slide back. I traded it in for a newer one and I’ve put close to 500 rounds through it without any failures of any kind. It’s also slightly more concealable than the hellcat and it’s still the best ccw available IMO. You can’t go wrong at $499

This is funny. Get a room ladies! You both can go jack off your guns. Figure out which one Is more of a piece and whose has gone in for service more for recalls and such.

had mine for app 4 weeks. 250 rounds. some peening. dog said was fine but would take back to check, but nothing to worry about. glock 43 only gun i’ve had not to go into battery. could have been ammo grip etc. no failures on the sig

FYI, I shot less than 150rds yesterday and noticed peening on both sides of the barrel. More wear on the left side where there is a cut out. It worked 99% of the time except one instance where it failed to lock back after the last round. Additionally, there's wear marks on the ejection port of my slide which looks like crescent shaped scratches. Ammo was blazer 115gr brass fmj, my P365 born date is 30 Mar 2018.

I enjoyed your comments. They where good. Also, the word "Comment" is well displayed, because it is a comment section. Not a review section. It is easy for some to get the two confused. Me being one of them. Maybe the reason you can't post pictures.

Maybe it's because those of us who aren't siggy POS fanboys don't need pics. Only those with their sigs firmly planted up there ass need it, and even then they don't accept it. I hope that was enough of "comment" you needed.

You can’t help yourself trolling the SIG deals can you chiefsally. Listen, your bodyguard and maggutz are dog poo compared to the P365.

But one could certainly post a link to where they posted said pictures, correct?

He made a comment, and you felt like he should have done a review. That is the way I see it. So you going to drag this out because you can't admit that. Also, I have to admit I don't know what you are talking about: "But one could certainly post a link to where they posted said pictures, correct?" Who are you talking about?

They can go to a free hosting site, upload the picts, and place the link here. Just takes a few min. max.

First off, I own 2 Sig's (P320 & P365) out of the 13 pistols I own, so NOT really a Sig fanboy, but I like when observations are represented with pics, thus giving perspective owners a way to look at something that people may be freaking out about, but is actually really nothing to freak out about at all... You basically shot ALL of the rounds without a failure, cause the slide locking back really isn't a failure, especially on a gun of this size and the various ways one could hold a micro sized gun and possibly make it not lock back on the last round. Anyways, I would LOVE to see pics, cause I have not fired mine yet, so I would like to see what all the fuss is about and also what I can look forward to seeing after I have shot 150 rounds through mine. I will say that my P365 has a born on date of March 27th, so we both have the most updated model I presume. Not trying to ruffle feathers here, just wanna see what the peening is looking like on your example. From other forums I have lurked at, LOTS of people are having different definitions of what "peening" really is....

Most of us don't need pics, there's enough evidence out there already. Just admit there are no pics you would accept. Even if pics were provided you would just have another excuse ready to go.

Just a simple google search will get you the pics of the "peening" I'm talking about. It's a common observation on the Gen 1 that was supposedly been remedied. If a Google search is not enough, there's also YouTube videos. I will be contacting Sig tomorrow and see what they say. Like Virgle said, I'm just commenting on MY experience and if my COMMENT freaks you out about your P365 there's nothing I can do about that. I wish I could say that MY gun is perfect but it isn't, yours might be different. In the meantime, my CZ Rami will be my summer companion.

The siggy's aren't interested in the proof out there. Any truth about their overpriced guns sends them in a tizzy.

I'm a Sig fan. Hate Glock. But my G43 has never had an issue firing or going into battery. NEVER defend a gun that does have issues, and no gun any size should have issues returning to battery. I've had this on back order since December. If mine doesn't function perfectly, it's going back. I'm confident Sig will deliver a high quality product.

Careful, it's that kind of honest revelations that send siggy's into a tizzy.

Just so everyone knows, the one I picked up today from Cabela's latest batch , was manufactured in March 27th 2018. So hopefully this IS the latest generation and they have fixed some of the earlier issues this pistol was having. Hope this helps someone...

When did you order? Did they update the status on the order to reflect that? I’m asking because by order says “in process”.
