Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is machined to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized. Uppers include forward assist and dust cover. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer.
Bolt: Full-auto profile bolt carrier group. Shot-peened, mil-spec Carpenter No. 158® steel bolt. Gas Key Hardened to USGI Specifications, Fastened with Grade 8 screws, and Staked Per Mil-Spec. 8620 steel M-16 profile carrier is chrome lined and phosphate coated.
Lower: These forged lowers are quality made using 7075-T6 aluminum and are marked "MULTI" for caliber. Finish is hardcoat anodized. Pistol 7075-T6 buffer tube is hardcoat anodized and is fitted with an SB Tactical SOB Pistol Brace, Magpul Grip, and Magpul Trigger Guard.

Stabilizing braced short barrel ARs and AKs dont need tax stamp because they are pistols, as long as you dont put a short barrel upper on a stocked lower then its SBR.
Buy the parts kit instead and save $300
Says PISTOL in the title.
10.5" barrel with an SB brace is not considered an SBR.
No it is not a sbr because it does not have a fixed stock, it has a pistol buffer tube with a sb tactical arm brace. An arm brace is not considered a fixed stock by the batf so you can use it on pistol ar's and ak's without a tax stamp.
Ok I need this explained a bit more please. I'm looking at buying a galil ace with a stock. Does that mean it needs a tax stamp? Or does a stabilizing braced weapon need one?
