I really like this thing! I really thought it was gonna be a flimsy piece of paper but it has cloth like material lining the outside (almost like denim), not sure what material is the hard structure but it is very firm for the size. It is little and neat. Should fit in with your range gear with no issues. Velcro is very strong and the ammo holder area is sweet!
I was at Shooters Worlds indoor 100 yard range a few weeks ago, and saw a guy who made one of these out of clear Lexan, his had a rubber lining around the top of the rest, as well as rubber along the bottom so it was anti slip. I was in the lane next to him, he was kind enough to let me try it, so I unhooked my Atlas and gave it a few rounds. It worked pretty well.
This thing actually works. I have this model for my AR's. This is sturdy enough but yet very easy to fold. No Need to carry large heavy metal support any more.
From the pictures, this thing literally looks like it’s made of cardboard. I doubt it is, but they should have made it another color. Don’t know if I could bring myself to bust out with what looks like a cardboard sabdbag at the range.
