Do they make it for the Rohm RG10?
Best bet would he to contact the maker and see what they say.
You think it would fit a full size M&P 2.0?
If your POLY 80% glock is similar in dimension to a glock 19/17/23/22 particularly on the rail, it should work fine. The holster locks onto a thick nub on the laser/light unit, which is secured by the rail and screw that goes trough both sides.
I got this rig about 2 weeks ago and have been using it on my G19. I've never been a big fan of rail mounted laser / light combos due to it just adding another thing to fumble with (switches / buttons) when your life is on the line. This setup fixes that problem nicely and also secures your pistol well from what I can see from daily wear.
