I picked one of these up about a year ago. Was a good flashlight and great for around the house but it's not intended for serious use. It crapped out on me after about a month and a half when I used it as a duty light
I picked one of these up a while back, along with a picatinny flashlight mount with plans to stick it on an M4. This light is solid and well built, and I decided to keep it for an EDC light. Blinding bright, easy controls. You can't go wrong for $30. Total I think came to about $40 shipped, but they are $90 on amazon.
Yeah this sucker is super bright... i have one and for 30 bucks its tough to beat as it offers a dedicated switch to keep your option (full power, strobe, etc..) instead of having to cycle through them.
But not something i would trust for heavy use/banging around.
