FYI polyethylene is supposedly worthless for body armor once it hits freezing or temps above 120+. I would not suggest leaving this in a vehicle.

$250 for a 4lb piece of steel coated with glorified spray on bed liner. Love the fact you have put a sticker notifying the end user what side goes out. That's hilarious.

*FLAT* plates may need that label, but a curved plate? It does give one pause...

I know, I always wondered why all curved plates I've seen in the military and any reputable manufacturer's are labeled that way. I guess it does give one pause....?

It's not steel.
50% : Silicon carbide ceramic 50%
40% : Polyethylene 40%
10% : Polyurea coating 10%
