Happy w Viridian V100 fixed zoom for $50! I purchased the green light for hog hunting as a hand-held "scan and spot". It is very bright.
The switch function on the end cap order is: - on high - on low - off. This means that you have to cycle past the high setting each time. I didn't like that.
HOWEVER the pressure switch it comes with is is awesome! They don't tell you that the pressure switch starts on the low setting every time. AND the switch has a dimmer to brighten or lower the power. It has about 5 different brightness settings.
The "plastic" mount pictured looks good and it has great features but sadly, it fits very loose and is only spring loaded. Don't buy it for the mount. It also includes additional mounts for scopes.
Batteries are not rechargeable.
