Description

The ARX100 features a constant contact/short-stroke gas piston system that makes it feed and fire under the most unforgiving conditions. The lightweight technopolymer receiver allows for reliable operation with virtually no lubricants. To make maintenance easy and trouble-free, this rifle has no pins and can be completely disassembled in a matter of seconds with no tools at all.

This rifle was designed to be completely ambidextrous, and all the critical controls on it may be operated right- or left-handed. These include the 2-position safety, the magazine release, the bolt release and charging handle and the case-ejection selector, which determines whether spent brass is ejected to the right or left. The flip-up backup sights that come standard on the ARX100 are also versatile, offering an easily-adjustable diopter system ranged from 100 to 800 yards. The barrel is also easily replaceable in seconds, making is possible to use different lengths and calibers without any tools required. Lastly, the folding stock is adjustable for length of pull at the touch of a button, using a simple and rugged telescopic construction.

I ordered one a couple weeks ago. I still get the "in stock ready to ship" No response to emails, no cc charge yet. Would be nice if they would just answer my call.

I would have ordered a Bren from buds when they were on the cheap.

I basically sent them an email asking if they were about to ship it because buds had them at same price ready to ship. Maybe it got them to move faster.

Buyer beware. SOS is being VERY SLOW to ship orders and won't even answer emails. I ordered this on 2/23 and they have yet to even charge my CC. Rifle says "in stock ready to ship" and my account says order still processing. Won't answer emails. By now I could've ordered from buds and gotten it faster.

Alright 3/7 today and finally got a fed ex tracking number. We are making progress lol..

I couldn't buy more AR15s because Dems claim they are assault evil rifles so I chose this instead lol..

I ordered me one last night. My local academy has them for $875 but after taxes I would end up at $947. Online after ffl it comes out to $910 for me. At this price why the hell not something different.

Yup, in today's current events and political climate I decided to put one more in the bag. Who knows it might be the last time. I already have 3 aks and 3 ars. I didn't want to spend over a grand and this is probably the best alternative to my current rifles. I also bought this knowing Beretta will never release any barrel swaps that they promised.

Wanted on of these from the time I was a kid. Almost picked one up from botach when they had them at this price. I have once picked up an MCX when they were $1,100 and am so glad I went that route... My buddy has the beretta and we took them both out a couple weeks ago. The MCX is lighter, more accurate, and controls/ergonomics are just better. Defiantly worth the extra $200. Not to mention there is nothing in the area of aftermarket parts for beretta. I will say it was fun to shoot but Handguard is jus plain odd. The one upside to the beretta is ability to change bolt for left handed shooters. My buddy is a lefty and the beretta is great for that. If these continue to drop I may pick one up just for hell of it. I also have a scar17s and PWS in 7.62x39, 308, and 223 wylde. Those are great options for piston guns if your in the market as well. The Bren is also a great option I'd like to pick up if the price keeps falling.

Comparing the ARX100 to the MCX is disingenuous as the MCX is literally twice the price of the ARX. Further, the MCX is a great rifle, but it is yet another derivative of a piston AR, the ARX scratches that AR-fatigue itch.

Ditto on MCX - far superior weapon system! Don't waste $ on the ARX - expensive POS!

I'm really going to regret not buying this. Will go way up in value when it's discontinued. Christmas make me poor.

Platypus of an AR type that is best avoided as it is a POS! I understand there is a newer version that has addressed some of the deficiencies but I'm done with Beretta. Very Expensive compared to better competitors, crappy engineering/performance, and forget about mods at a reasonable price. Buy American like Ruger 8500 and get two for this price - far superior weapon, easy mods at low cost. Watch out for brand snobs and Beretta pimps like "Voyager" who think because they pay $1,000 for a pair of Versace jeans they are 20X better than a $50 pair of Carhartt's. Fools w/more money then sense!
