RKGUNS should be banned from posting deals here. they have not made good on my order. Waiting over a month for ruger sr22. They blamed my FFL the first week, they later claimed the gun still needed to be built at Ruger. now they just put me on hold with no answers.
There are so many good gun websites to spend your hard earned money. Rkguns is not one of them. Do not support big buissness that suck at everything.

This site just lists deals from dealers. You have to go to the company's website and follow the instructions and all laws. Typically you buy it and ship it to a local FFL near you.

Never bought a gun from RK guns so no comment. I do have two Chiappa 1911-22s. A suggestion is for interested buyers is to pull up the support page and see what they will sell you after the fact. They have some crazy rules on having to have a FFL in order to get firing pins etc. At Least my model.

Chiappa alloy is their name for pot metal alloy. I have heard, notice the word heard, that some of these get out of time and repairs sometimes are actually sent back to Italy.

As for size making a difference that is a valid point. IMO both are plinkers and reasonable in price. Heritage is made in the USA.

I have never saw flexibility , the word, used in the context that this seems to be in the add. Does that mean the gun can be twisted into different shapes as the end user would like. Obviously not. Of course I can and do misunderstand at times.

Family has two heritage guns. Finish is not so great but does not affect accurate target shooting. Just info to consider AND Merry Xmas.

I will never buy anything for RK guns again. Ordered two guns November 21 that were in stock, didn't hear anything for ten days. I called them and they said they were waiting on the FFL info from my dealer. All a big lie, they were sraffing their feet because they over sold the product. Finally admitted on Dec 17th, had to cancel the order. Luckily I found the guns on another site. Almost ruined Christmas. Piece of shit customer service, had to wait over 30 min every time I called.

i bought the 10.5 barrel version of the puma/chiappa little pistol, i just bought it because i thought it looked awesome and thought it would never jam or have any problems, but after about 200 rounds the cylinder stopped rotating, it has aluminum thin parts that break off easy, i tried contact chiappa and they just told me go through where i bought it my ffl, and well they wont do anything about it, its utter BS, on another note, diamondback costumer service was A++++++ but chiappa sounded that they were fed up in just speaking to you, DO NOT BUY

RKguns has literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They will answer the phone, but they will get noting done. UPS lost an order I had with them around this time last year and it took almost 2 months to get something done about it. I talked to them over 10 times with promises of reshipment and oh ill talk to my supervisor and call you back. I finally said piss on them and called my credit card company, explained the situation, sent proof of lost shipment I filed with UPS because RK never got around to it, about 2 hours later I had a full refund from my credit card pulling the money originally sent to RK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

That would be funnier if "Chiappa" wasn't pronounced "Key-OPpa..."

Ok.

I haven't shot mine yet, but I have tore it down and cleaned it. Fairly nice little gun really. Seems somewhat glitchy when new, clicks nicely like an 1873 should. Grips are plastic crap that I don't care for at all. The entire gun's finish I also do not care for, it seems like a smooth thick flat black cerecote of some type=cheapish looking and feeling. I wish it was blued nicely and had wood grips. There ya go! give you more once I shoot it.
BTW, plan on doing the email/call work for RK so they can get your FFL.

DR
