Source?? You say “alleged” so back up your claim. Not that I’m defending the company, but if you have nothing to back up your claim then I wouldn’t block out the company.

I never do business with a alleged company that will only give you their email address. A company thats too afraid to tell you where they are located or provide you with their phone is not worth your time.
Actually we are located in Daytona beach, FL our phone number is 800-308-4185. we do however prefer email when possible. The reason why we do not list our address on our website is because we actually produce parts and are a factory that is ITAR controlled so instead of having people show up at our location and be turned we just decided not to list our address directly on the website.
