Our original KeyMod and M-LOK handguards that got us started with this chassis. This handguard will mount to any Mil-Spec Upper receiver and any Barrel diameter you throw at it. whether you are a weekend plinker or a season competition shooter, this handguard will perform with the utmost precision. Utilizing a Proprietary Light weight aluminum barrel nut, we were able to achieve spectacular strength and weight reduction. The monolithic design allows the upper rail to mate up to the upper receiver rail, to achieve the streamline look. This handguard and others based off this chassis are all Free float to increase accuracy. A strong and secure locking system is achieved with 6 T27 screws, 2 each on the 3, 6, and 9 O’clock positions.
Pro Tips: The barrel nut that comes with this handguard is designed to be installed with a standard crescent wrench. However we do offer a crows foot wrench to verify torque specifications. when tightening the barrel nut, you will want to align the screw holes to the 12, 3, 6, and 9 O’clock positions to allow the handguard to be oriented correctly. when installing this handguard, please lock the upper into a bench vise with a proper Upper Receiver Vise block, like the dual use Vise block that we offer. DO NOT lock the handguard in a vise. It is sad that we have to actually make this statement.
