Pretty decent little DA/SA semi. I've had it about 2 months now. A little weight to it, not a lot of recoil, pretty accurate for what it is. Trigger reminds me a lot of the Sig DA/SA pistols.
Gripes: Magazines are expensive. I got two Bersa 8-round magazines for it at $34 apiece, you might do a couple of bucks better if you shop. Don't mess with 3rd-party magazines, either, they are nothing but trouble.
Also, the decocker/trigger disconnect lever is stiff. You'd never be able to draw it and get the decocker off in time.
PSA runs them for $209 if you can wait for them to come up again.
