Placed my order on 8/10 as well. No guns, no response to voicemails or emails. Peak firearms sucks.

Great. I ordered two as well. When did you place order? How long ago.

Ordered 8/10, and my FFL notified me 8/18 of the transfer being ready. I tried calling Peak today, since their website shows closed Sunday, and I got a generic voicemail.

Ordered 2 of these. FFL said transfer had come in, so I went to pick up, & only one was delivered. Invoice & bank statement show I paid for both. I'll update once I hear back from Peak.

No answer to phone calls, or response to messages. Beginning to wish I hadn't ordered from peak. Anybody have experience with them?

I asked them on here about the eligibilty for the rebate and they never responded. I then sent them an email and once again they never responded. Against my better judgement I decided to order anyway. After 5 days I never received a receipt for my payment, didnt receive a call or an email requesting the FFL transfer info. So I sent them another email asking them to send me a copy of the receipt for my payment and once again asked them if this was going to be eligible for the mag, ammo, loader rebate and the FINALLY responded. With a one sentence, a smart a** response. "we cannot send a receipt since you have not paid".
That was enough for me. I called my bank immediately after receiving that email and cancelled the check I mailed them with s "stop payment". I assume the rebate isnt eligible since these are LEO-IOP since once again they said nothing about the question pertaining to rebate eligibility.
Besides Peak firearms was only $14 and some change cheaper than Osage countys deal and theres is definitely eligible for the rebate. And if Peak isnt going to respond to a pre-order question in hopes of making a sale. And wont respond to questions after they have payment they sure as hell aren't going to suddenly offer up some good customer service if you ever have an issue with the firearm you purchase.
I will not consider them for a purchase ever again.
If they dont respond to your emails, I would suggest contacting your bank and cancelling the check you sent or stopping your payment.
A lot of banks have an automated option for stopping payment on checks.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes for you.

I paid with CC so it will be easy to stop payment. Oddly I did get them on the phone before ordering and they told me these were good for the mag/ammo rebate so I ordered two. FFL or me have heard or seen nothing.

That sucks! The gun companies I usually use answer right away. How long have you had the order in? I have never used Peak. Looks like a good deal if it goes through.

That is correct. I would rather have the mags, ammo, and loader than the $50 though.

Keep in mind that the $50 rebate only applies to:
ALL active duty U.S. Military, Retired Military with retired Military Status, active National Guard Reservists and Disabled Veterans of all U.S. Military branches including U.S. Coast Guard

Bought one of these from peak in early July when they sold out really quickly. They shipped quickly and it arrived fine at my FFL. There was zero communication though. No tracking, no notification anything had shipped. I was getting concerned and then my FFL called and said it had arrived.

With regard to the current rebate, I submitted mine and it was accepted and i have an email confirmation for that. However it has not been approved yet so do not take its acceptance as such.

I'd buy another but all my funds are currently tied up with a home purchase. Great pistol at an awesome price and if the rebate goes through that's just icing on the cake.

There is a first responders and military rebate.

Yes they are new, I did some research to verify. The LE IOP, is"law enforcement individual officer program". Which in fact are new weapons program thru Smith and Wesson.

Yes these are new guns with three mags and warranty LE IOP guns

Yes new guns but wandering if they qualify for the "PERFECT SUMMER HIDEAWAY" rebate. Or since these are LE IOP if they have a unique serial# on these that would make them ineligible for the P.S.H. rebate for non military or first responders. I sent Peak Firearms an email to clarify but they never responded. The lack of response leads me to believe they may not be eligible. I would think if they were definitely eligible they would have responded to my email to secure another sale.

Do you know if these qualify for the free mags, ammo and loader rebate for non military folks? Or do you know if these have a unique serial# that would make them ineligible for any rebate other than the first responder rebate?

Nice deal. Not trying to thread crap here, but the fine print on the S&W website states the firearm must be newly manufactured. Am I missing something.
