The buffer is a carbine sized, but is heavier than a standard carbine buffer. It's a H2 weight. It will help tame overgassed carbine length systems.
a few strange things in the ad. States that NO kits come with 7075 alumium... actually most buffer tube kits come with it these days
and it says 4.6 oz carbine buffer.... a 4.6 oz buffer is an A2... a carbine is 2.9 oz
