We have customer service agents that sit on the phone all day taking calls, and answering emails. We do get shorted by manufacturers on some items but we call to substitute the item or cancel and refund it! Sorry for your bad experience but I imagine it was last year as this year we have made a big push to have inventory coming from multiple suppliers. We are always looking to improve and appreciate any criticism that helps us do that, thanks!
I can attest that they do call and email to sub items that have run out of stock. It was a 2 week delay for me but no big deal as I usually take months to complete a build.
Currently I just emailed them yesterday about a nickel boron trigger that is double firing every pull. Even though I purchased it 6 months ago I just got around to shooting it this past weekend, hope they step up and swap it out. Order number DT-70002
Takes weeks if not More then a Month to ship Even listed as in stock items! Wont answer emails or Phone messages! By the time you get them the price isn't worth it!
