I don't think it's match ammo. On Desert Tech's website it looks like a 55 grain V-Max varmint round.

you linked the wrong ammo imo. the ammo you linked is 3040 from a 24" and the one on special is 3240 from 24"b and does not appear to have a varmint tip.
Match grade ammo? Anyone can throw those words around. For starters, what bullet is used here?
