Based on continuing discussions with undercover LEO agents, the STI Total Eclipse is a compact aluminum framed 2011 pistol with everything anyone needs in a backup pistol and twice the capacity.
When STI’s Shadow model received such overwhelmingly positive reception, they sat down and came up with the Total Eclipse- all the same great features as the Shadow but twice the capacity.
The classic slide is 3.0″ in length withrear cocking serrations & standard STI oversized ejection port. The2 dot tritium night sights have been recessed into the slide and, alongwith the integral sight channel, provide the perfect compromise betweeneasy sight acquisition and snag free carry. The STI Total Eclipse is built on the patented 2011 platform, with a light weight aluminum frame and the most concealable 2011 high capacity polymer grip yet. The controls are STI’s single sided blued thumb safety and STI’s bobbed, high-rise, blued, knuckle relief beavertail grip safety. The barrel is a3.0″ fully supported STI ramped bull barrel. The STI Total Eclipse comes standard with an STI RecoilMaster guide rod system, STI commander hammer, and patented STI International trigger system.
