Fully processed and ready to load 300 AAC Blackout Brass. Formed from once fired NATO 5.56 brass sourced directly from government auctions. Brass is roughly 90% Lake City. We start with the best brass and don’t cut corners in order to ensure we provide brass that meets full SAAMI specs. Our brass is processed using Camdex equipment. Which in addition to sizing also pressure checks the cases for cracks, then checks the primer pocket for ringers and correct swage. Our detailed process for creating the best 300 Blackout brass available is as follows:
Brass is cleaned in stainless media.
Brass is sorted and damaged cases are discarded.
Cases are lubed and processed on Camdex equipment for consistency:
- Full Length Sized
- Trimmed to an overall length of 1.358" (+/- 0.005")
- Mouth expanded using a floating mandrel to minimize runout
- Deprimed
- Primer pocket swaged
- Primer Pocket Checked for Ringer and Proper Swage
- Each case is then cleaned in ceramic media to remove lubrication and clean
- Brass is dried in Corn Cob Dryer with polishing compound for shine
- Cases are spot gauged to verify they meet SAAMI specifications

So I risked it and ordered a 1000 pieces of 300AAC. Guess what? They were NICE, spot checked a few and dead on size-wise. Really clean and shiny, the interior of the casings are like mirrors. Will be ordering more as soon as I've loaded these.
I don't see anywhere in the description stating that the cases are annealed.
I say check put kaleo. Great fast service. Not sure if they r carrying. 300blk. Make your own. Just ordered 1250 rds. lake city .556 that came in nice steel ammo can. Think it was 84$ shipped. Came real clean. Got here in like 3 days. Will definitely b ordering more from them soon.

Going by looks along, pretty. Looks like new brass. Try to load some up this week.
So I receive the brass in four days. Decent deal but I will have to run it thru my tumbler and get it cleaned better
