I have this kit and it is well worth the money, accuracy is on par with steel case, and this will shot the crappiest 22’s out there. Tell the haters that even *if* 22LR down a .223 barrel could damage the barrel or rifling (which I doubt has ever been documented) it would only be after so many rounds the cost of a new upper and the cost of this conversion kit would be covered by the ammo's cost savings many times over.
