Is that a "tactical use" .22LR it's mounted on?

My guess is it is actually a airsoft 'gun' being the safety selector appears to have 3 positions judging by the right side of the receiver.

Ah, I was looking at the BCG and how far back the barrel extension is into the ejection port and what looks like the ejector setup of a .22lr AR. Being that Amazon hates EVERYTHING AR/AK related I bet you're right. I do have a Aero Precision
NO PEW
PEW
PEW PEW PEW
But all it ever does is PEW or NO PEW :(

The BCG does look like my 22LR conversation kit but the magpul looking mag in the photo got me over analyzing the details.

Consider the seller, guessing they have not looked at quality scope manufacturer warranties. Nikon has a NO FAULTY warranty or Vortex VIP, those are just a couple I thought of as entry level glass.
Here is their's " Every item purchased through our store is fully backed by our industry-best warranty.
Monstrum Tactical Rifle Scopes, Optics, Flashlights, Lasers and Tactical Packs are covered by a 1 year warranty."

Pretty sure they used that PMag so buyers won't notice it's mounted on a .22lr. I just happen to have put a .22lr together this weekend, why it caught my eye. Hoping my Sparrow is released from 8 months of hard time in the next couple of weeks or so.
