I have 3 of these mags, yes there not 100% perfect but I guess I'm having better luck than others here. I have an occasional issue, usually a failure to feed. I have found that if I smack the loaded mags against my palm bullet side facing away and "seat" the rounds they tend to be much less problematic. For just plinking in my opinion and experience these aren't that bad of a mag.
3 mags. average 1 jam every 6 good feeds, often back to back jams.
I bought two of these mags for my 10-22. they produced nothing but jams and failures. I threw them away.
Take a pass.
Haven't used these, but even butler creek steel lips are hit/miss. Always go with ruger mags. I live in the liberal test state of Colorado. To skirt the hi cap mag ban, ala ar-15, I buy magazine rebuild kits. For my 10/22s, I use three ruger 10 rd rotaries. Go to ebay and look up allangator clip. It attaches three mags together.
