PSA 9mm Billet Stripped Lower designed to use Glock®-style magazines - Non Last Round Bolt Hold Open (LRBHO)
Palmetto State Armory is proud to announce our latest 9mm AR lower.
Machined from Billet 7075 T6 forgings and then hard coat anodized, these lowers are purpose built to accept 9mm Glock®-style magazines. Designed to work with PSA's new 9mm Hybrid uppers. The lower is partially assembled with a propitiatory magazine catch and ejector, ready for all your standard AR-15 lower parts to build into a fully functioning lower.
Accepts standard AR-15 fire control groups, bolt catch, take down & pivot pins, springs & detents, safety selector as well as stock, buffer tube and grips.
Must be used with a Palmetto State Armory Hybrid 9mm Upper.

Probably because it could be used for either a pistol or a rifle.
I've bought a lot of lowers, never had to be 21 to purchase a lower unless it was specifically listed as a pistol lower.
Went to their site, all complete rifle lowers say you have to be 21 to purchase.
Many others have stated that they do in fact work with other uppers, so shut up about it already. They work, and there are videos and forum post that prove it.
??? And why would you have to be 21 to buy a rifle receiver???

I'm going off their site designed to work with there hybrid uppers only so unless Psa directly states they will work with other uppers I'm not inclined to listen and will go with go ballistics or someone else
Who cares they are proprietary and that sucks when you actually put thought into it
Bout time psa, these have been out of stock for like a year now
Has anyone tried this with another brand of upper? I want a 1/2-28 threaded barrel which is not an option from PSA.
I used an aero upper with a glock cut bolt and a faxon barrel with 1/2x28 threads. Absolutely no problems. Actually had tougher time finding muzzle device to fit it.
I know it says that it must be used with their upper, but any mil spec upper will work. So long as the bolt carrier is ramped (most are anymore)
I've got this and it works peachy with two AR9 uppers I've built from parts.
My PSA 9mm Forged Lower works great with my KG Wraith 9mm 16" Upper with Hybrid BCG. Runs all 9mm ammo I have run through it without issue and it's soft shooting, very accurate and a blast to shoot. Have been waiting for a while for this PSA Billet 9mm Lower to come on sale for a 9mm Pistol lower build, rather than purchase a G Block or some other AR-15 9mm magwell adapter.
