Great customer service experience! I purchased a 7.5" in 300BLK and I had an issue with the fitment of the upper receiver. They immediately replied to my email and sent me a pre-paid postage to it ship back.
Wow, they sent me a brand new upper within a week. I am happy. I would definitely recommend.
Oops mine is a 9mm, but it is a 7.5 tungsten. Finish is fantastic, would buy again.
I purchased the 10.5 elite upper in tungsten back in December. Works great. No malfunctions. The company was very easy to work with. Shipped in days.
I do not own any of their uppers, but I did purchase 2 of their ISIS Hunter Lowers. I called them said I would like to get one in Gray and one in FDE. He did not hesitate. He said purchase it on line and in the notes tell me you want one of each color. About 1 week later it was at my FFL.
I am not sure why someone would have put a thumbs down for them but wish they would have stated WHY?
I am wanting to get one of their uppers in Gray and another one in FDE, but I don't want a 10 in barrel but I bet if I called them they would put a 16 in one on there no problem.
I have this upper and it works great,no problems whatsoever. Great customer service as well. Wish I had gotten mine for this price.
