Looks like the rifle cradles will not facilitate an AR.

Just received this from Walmart shipping today and took it back. The pics online and on the box reflect burgundy coloring but the unit received was black. So back to the store it went. Did not even take it out of the box other than to see the cushion top.
Your money is better spent on mags and ammo. lol

I got one of these last time the deal was posted for around $160 shipped. It is a great unit for the $$. That said it is a $160 piece of furniture. Don't expect expert craftsmanship or solid hardwood.
The sams deal looks even better.
