Description

We're pleased to offer the FailZero EXO for sale, a bolt carrier group designed for the M16 but also preferred for M4 and AR15 builds. Requiring no lubrication for installation, the EXO NiB bolt carrier group fits perfectly into any upper receiver and provides smooth chambering with reduced friction between each round, thanks to its nickel boron coating. Although this full-mass bolt carrier group is heavier than your standard BCG, the added weight adds to the part's reliability and performance as it can withstand thousands of rounds before showing signs of wear.

We offer FailZero EXO BCG bulk discounts for dealers with guaranteed satisfaction and fast shipping. Read more about our dealer program to learn how you can get bulk discounts on FailZero EXO BCGs, and shop with RightToBear.com today.

I have two of these and both have been running flawlessly for about 8 years now. I have atleast a few thousand rounds on both. Highly recommend for the price. Its also very easy to clean because of the high polish finish.

Just got mine about 3 weeks ago and staking not right, sending back with a few choice words spoken in anger about this bs. Toolcraft for the next one.

Isn't the spec for "properly staked" 55-100 inch-lbs removal torque? Did you try to remove one with a torque wrench screwdriver or does it just not look like a home stake job?

I didn’t have to try anything when powder burn is literally coming out from under the gas key.

Well then get off your ass and tighten 2 fucking screws ya Nancy.

Get a NiB BCG from Toolcraft for $94 right now. The deal was on the front page yesterday.

This is not my first fail zero bolt carrier. This one is just nickle, has no borron in it. Very different from my previous one.

Got mine for $99 last year from primary Arms. Had to send it back to FZ to get restaked. Get a Toolcraft instead!

Exactly what I did. They are only $94 right now from Monmouth.

I have 3 of these now. Fail Zero is so inconsistent with their staking.

Same here.. ordered 3 of them and literally all 3 had improperly staked gas keys. 3 out of 3. I would never ever consider ordering anything by this company again.

Yes they do

Yes. There was recall on them about a year (+/-) ago do to in proper staking.

You can pick up for $99.99 when on sale at primary and sunny state sells when on sale for $107-$117 just saying .... And they have sales honestly all the time

Then buy theirs and don't complain about someone else's sales.

And the OP/Seller "Likes" his own posts and is thumbing-down all of the posts questioning this deal. We don't do business with Douchenozzles like that. Blacklisted.

Honestly, I don't think cheaper is the issue at this point considering your behavior.

Bought one from PA as a Black Friday deal for $99.99 plus shipping
https://gun.deals/product/failzero-exo-coated-m16-cut-complete-bolt-carrier-group-9999-0...
Didn't use it yet, but first impression just OK. Gas key was not properly stalked and could see some machine marks at the bottom. Can't complain for the price, but BCG I got from PSA few years ago appears to be of a better quality.

The standard for staking has been exaggerated over the years. We, along with most other companies adhere to this "standard". However, as long as metal is pushed against the screws they are secured properly.

FailZero BCG's are on the lighter side when compared to this "standard" but they are staked perfectly fine.

Not bashing FailZero BCG as I havent used it yet and can't compare it to my PSA bcg, (never had any problems with PSA), but I can tell you that FZ gas key was not properly staked on mine, one bolt was, but another one not even touching, even though there are marks as someone tried but did half a** job. Nothing that I can't finish myself, but it does talk about QC of the product. Like I said in original post, we'll worth the price that I paid for it.

I have both the aim bcg's as well as fail zero and I can't tell the difference, both perform the same. I say buy the aim unless you need the cool fail zero logo. In reguards to this "deal", it's about the typical price. Primary arms had fail zero bolts for 99 bucks on blackfriday limit two.

Same price they have been for the last few months.

AIM EXO the same BCG. $30.00 less lifetime warranty. Duh.

It's funny that you think they can product the same BCG for $30 less without sacrificing quality. Just because it's PLATED by FailZero does not mean the raw components are of the same quality. DUH!

Wish I could get this with a 7.62x39 bolt....great buy

Yes sir. It will work great. The "full auto/M16" just means that it can be used in both an AR15 and an M16

Will this work in an AR-15 upper? I am knew to the AR world and wanted to make sure before I bought one.

Sorry man it's going to be a long time until we're able to source the parts again. High quality raw components are almost impossible for us to get right now.

Always with the negative waves, Moriarty. ;)

Tried DSA's carriers to match the bolts you still had. Not sure who they source their carriers from but they were not a slick as the ones you guys had, and the DSA one's had very visible machine marks.

I'll just keep hoping. :)

Yeah that's what I'm talking about. That's exactly what we're trying to avoid. We'd never waste our Nickel Teflon on a sub pare product like that.

I'd pick a few up if I wasn't in the "I want more RTB Nickle Teflon BCGs' hunger strike :D
