This is terrific 9mm ammo!

Thumbs up.

Don't know about terrific but its ok. Hi-Shok is an older design and like a lot of JHP from that era they're a bit inconsistent at expansion. Tbh I'm not sure why Federal still makes it. Some agency that's too bureaucratic or is in a country that cant afford to update their order to HST must still have huge annual contract.
Now sure, I'd love to have a couple thousand rounds of retro Hi-Shok in storage for this seemingly inevitable Hilldawg post-election panic, but as I'm stocking up for defensive ammo I'd prefer something a little better, and if I'm buying for plinking&practice I'd like something a little cheaper.

This is proven self defense ammo at plinking prices.

I have been buying this for years and it has always worked great.

If you don't want any don't get any.

Maybe so, but I'll never know. This un-American company decided to stop shipping ammo to half CA's counties. Sheesh.

Nothing un-American about mitigating legal issues.

Have you considered that your elected representatives are the un-American ones?

Cabela's doesn't seem to have a problem. Sadly, I didn't vote for any of those losers. All the idiots here did.
