The PAR1 Pocket AR Pistol has had an unbelievable response from the industry. The PAR1 will be a small IPhone-sized pistol chambered in .223 and use the same reliable stainless steel frame as the PS1 Pocket Shotgun Pistol. We use only certified American stainless steel with a radiussed grip that is ergonomically designed. That is a key reason our pistols are comfortable to shoot and can handle the .223 cartridge. The PAR1 is just one more step in our product extensions and planned new product launches for this year. We’ll be adding more calibers and other new firearms shortly.

I probably still wouldn't buy it @ $160 because I'd probably only shoot it once but I figured it was for a barrel. I googled the UPC and it comes up as both the barrel and the gun al over the place. CheaperTD has it as a barrel...

What do you mean by gimmicky?

Has anyone every actually ordered from this $10 club? I agree with that one comment, the website is extremely gimmicky

Like I said, 10dollarshadyassgunclub is gimmicky as fuck. I like how the post has all of sudden changed to "barrel only" when it clearly is a ploy (on their website) to attract unsuspecting buyers. Hopefully anyone that fell for this tactic is calling them to get your orders cancelled. Like I said, shady as fuck....glad I passed on this crap in the first place.

Great. One more reason for the current administration to try to ban XM855. Way to go guys.

I understand your reaction. As I note below, this is not a practical firearm in my opinion, so I'm sure the market will eliminate it on its own. Having said that, we shouldn't have to condemn any product like this solely out of fear some liberal interpreters will see a convenient excuse to try and unreasonably regulate us gun owners through some tortured logic. In that situation we have to unite. I don't object to this company making this stupid gun, I only question their business judgment. But it certainly is not a legitimate excuse for any over-reaching government regulation against us gun owners. As far as I know there are more people killed in one year by pressure cookers and pipes stuffed with readily available explosive elements than will ever be killed by this stupid firearm in the next century, so reality has to be answered and we can't begin eating our own out of fear. Now, we can eliminate this product ourselves voluntarily... simply don't buy it. But please, in the meantime, fight for its right to be manufactured as an impractical self defense firearm it may be and argue against it on those practical and real points, but not out of fear of a unreasonable government regulation from the liberals.

I agree, this probably doesn't matter. Aside from that, there are PLENTY of AR-15 pistols in .223, so this pistol isn't going to make a difference. (I have an AR-15 pistol in .223 and a AK-47 pistol in .223. Both are cool pistols that are fun to shoot.)

Actually, I think this is for the barrel only for those devout and loyal Heizer owners, but let's pretend it's a whole functional gun you can buy here. At best it is an interesting and modernized twist on the already discredited derringer concept. At a $97.89 MSRP ($74.99 on sale) I might be willing to throw my money away on it. I would stuff it in my AR gun case on the off chance that the apocalypse actually hit while I was at the range shooting my AR (hopefully with .223 ammo and not 5.56-since it's not rated for it) and I needed a back up pistol to my regular CCW, which would assume, of course, that my AR and my carry pistol were to fail me on the way home as primary defensive options in this SHTF situation.

Can anyone give me a solid purpose for this that justifies it's existence compared to countless better alternatives for self defense? Maybe we can drop these behind enemy lines like the 45ACP Liberator was in WW2? Oops, there are no clearly defined enemy lines right now...

One thing to consider though, since this is almost certainly going to be a commercial flop, is it could be a highly sought after collectible item after you are dead and long gone. So a potential investment item for your kids or grandkids maybe? In that role it might shine as a good alternative to the stock market right now!

I believe this is just for the barrel. If you search Heizer on their website other barrels are about this price and the PAR1 firearm is more normally priced.

I could be wrong; it isn't stated well.

This is the most retarded shit I've ever seen in my life. These people should be ashamed for even bringing this to market.

I was going to buy, but I can't stand shady ass fee's. $158+$10(non-member charge)+$4 wholesaler fee (are you kidding me?)+ $5 credit card fee (go fuck yourself) + $20 shipping (apparently they only allow fedex 2day air shipping for firearms). Therefore the total was $192(ish) dollars. For a borderline gimmicky firearms, I was not willing to take it in the arse for all the additional fee's. 10dollargunclub seems like a bunch of bullshit & in of themselves, gimmicky as fuck. I'll pass, this retailer will be out of business in 6mo, I'm not buying their club bullshit fee's. What a laughable joke!
