Well... Sure enough, they called me to tell me they were cancelling my order. Said there was a "mistake" in the advertised price, said it should have been $254. What a joke. Tried to give them $4000 worth of business (16,000 rounds), never again.
Well that sucks. They shipped my 500rds today. I'm sort of shocked they gave it to me for $123.
I hope not, but with Wolf Gold $300 per 1k all day and Cabela's awesome sales, this isn't THAT good of a deal since the non-member price is $129.99. I'm sure they'll tax you, too; so expect $140-145 shipped for reman ammo.
Well.... I just ordered several thousand rounds. Started a buyers club "trial membership" (free). Used the free shipping code, no tax to Oregon. Price to my door, $0.246 per round.
I have gotten lots of stuff from SG without issue. I go through Mrrebates.com. It gives an additional 5% back on SG purchases. It takes 90 days ( to cover normal return period). But, it deposits in my paypal. Anyways... just a way to save a little more. I have never had an issue with SG cancelling my order.
I haven't had bad experiences with SG, but they won't ship to my county in California anymore, and honestly, I'd rather get new, almost-milspec Wolf Gold than varmint ammo for a few cents more per round. Still good to see prices this low.
I received my order, ammo looks great, I will report back how it shoots.
