I bought one a year ago, it works great. Have to focus both the eyepiece and the front objective lens - not everybody gets that based on the online reviews.... also there are a couple of small black dead spots in the image but those are normal and don't really affect the usability much. Bought one for myself and ended up returning it. Was cool but needed the money elsewhere. Made in Russia and very light.

I believe this is the Firefield Nightfall 2-5x50 Night Vision Monocular, Model No. FF24066G, but I know zilch about night vision stuff; so don't quote me on that.

The cheapest I found this elsewhere was $145, most places $200 or more; so I took a chance and used the Active Junky portal for an additional 10 percent off, forwarded the receipt to Jet Anywhere for 2.8 percent off, and including 2 percent card rewards, we're at $85~ shipped :).

That's way to much effort for $14

Hmm ...$85 is pretty tempting.
