This is the larger version of the small bags on sale this week. It sports a much larger volume and matches the smaller olive green bag.
It's build quality is great matches the small bargain bags but in a more usable size.
IME these a great deal for the money, I bought my first ones three years ago and they have exceeded my expectations.

Top handle relies on the stitching for strength, as opposed to the ribbing wrapping around the bag. Probably not the best design if you will be carrying a heavier load.
