This Ka-Bar machete is a huge, intimidating tactical knife featuring a broad chopper blade that's 10.25" long (overall length 15.75"). Made from SK-5 stainless steel, taper ground into a keen, plain 0.205 thick edge. 1095 Cro-Van Steel. Rockwell Hardness: HRC 56-58. The handle is an ergonomic, slip-resistant, glass-filled nylon handle (ships in high-vis green but also comes with an extra set of interchangeable black scales if you prefer a more subdued look). The blade finish is black epoxy powder-coated. This monster Ka-Bar knife is built to handle whatever you throw at it, from camp chores to personal security.  Also included is the 'Acheron' skeleton knife with an overall length of 6.4" and fixed blade length of 3.1". 5cr13 Stainless Steel. HRC: 52-54. Lastly, a heavy-duty nylon/cordura sheath for convenient carry is included.
