I have this knife. You get what you pay for. It's not as smooth as a Kershaw, speedsafe but its not bad for 7 bucks. It flips out using your finger and is spring loaded, but again its not as smooth as kerahaws and takes a little more effort. It's pretty heavy, even with the skeletonized frame. It locks out and is solid. For $7 it's an ok knife I guess.
I have this knife too not real impressed but then it was a gift versus what I would buy myself. I prefer to spend a few extra bucks and buy knives that go for the long haul and I'm not talking about any crazy $300.00 blades but a decent spyderco or lower end benchmade will still out last this paper weight a thousand times over and still be useful after 10 years. This this is the thing you throw at someone when you run out of ammo.
