Yes, but not loaded nearly as hot as Speer or Underwood +P+. These are barely hotter than regular +P, but they have a good reputation.
For another $100, you can get a case of Federal HST's from TargetSportsUSA when they have them on sale.
This stuff is cheap because no one uses +P+ anymore. The higher pressures are not worth the higher stresses on the action and increased recoil for a marginal gain in velocity
Maybe if you have regular old 9mm pistol That doesn’t mean it isn’t great for a USP or Potentially Sig M17 (usgi slide / recoil spring not commercial)
But this is not +p+ would be nice if it really was!
It's not really +P+... it's 38,000 PSI and the top end of +P is 38,500...regular SAAMI loads are at about 35,000 PSI. they're more like upper end +P,s than anything have a REALLY good proven track record as man stoppers. Federal just moved onto different designs, such as the Hydro shock, and now HST
It's listed 1300 fps. S&B range ammo I use all the time is 1280 fps.

My only conclusion is that not all users here are fit to own a firearm. At this site (luckyGunner), +P+ is listed seven times, if you include the pictures, +P+ is stated 11 more times denoting +P+ a total of 19 times.
So what you're saying is, this is +P+? I like +P+. +P+ has so many pluses.
