Iron Sights is my FFL of choice, and I usually deal with Alain, who runs/owns the place. Yes, they are pretty bad about the phone, as he runs other businesses while minding the store, so his phone time is spent on that. However, they seem to have the lowest local prices (I sent a friend looking for an LC9s locally) and $15 FFL transfers (which are handled with an online form, not phone).
We shop gun.deals, so unfortunately I don't purchase his inventory (I really should), but I refer lots of people who don't trust buying guns online. You should be OK...
I ordered one of these from Iron Sights Firearms Inc, mixed reviews of seller online. I will update once my transaction is complete. So far they have been horrible in the replying to my emails and phone calls part so that's not good. Shipping is quoted at 18.95 on gun.deals but is actually 29.95 for rifles at checkout.
