The P220 is a classic war horse at this point. With that said Botach is crap.
The P220 was a 7 rounder for many years, the newer models should be 8 rounders.
Site says 2 magazines, not 3. P220 comes with 8 round magazines.
Botach has a history of taking a firearm that factory ships with X amount of magazines, then selling them separately. They are notorious for doing this with that goofball Fab defense stock that has a spare 10 round magazine built in. they then sell it without the extra 10 round magazine, but they will sell it to you as an accessory for an added fee.
As far as this normally being 8 round mags, nothing surprises me with these guys, these morons probably put in a 1 round limiter to appease whatever state has a 7 round mag limit.
I have always like Sig Sauers. But, Sig Sauer has not honored their 2017 Rebate program of 2 extra mags and pistol bag. They have also cheated my Brother out of his rebates. I have had several people respond and also told me the same thing happened to them. I have since gotten rid of my Sigs. I will never buy another one. Several of my sigs did not work anyway. Sig Sauer refuse to answer any of my correspondence. They have stolen from many people.
