Buds Gun Shop has worst customer service of any online gun dealer that I have ever dealt with. Many of the guns that they advertise as being available are in fact out of stock. Bought around 20 guns from them because thier prices are cheap and they have a nice website. Finally got disgusted with them and quit buying from them. BEWARE Buds, if you ever have a problem then it is hell getting it straitened out. ALSO, THEY EDIT AND DELETE THEIR "CUSTOMER RATINGS" IN ORDER TO CREATE THE IMPRESSION THAT MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY WITH THE GUNS THAT BUDS SELLS. The ratings that are posted on the budsgunshop.com web site are totally doctored and manipulated by Buds. Beware Budsgunshop! Just google them and see what other former customers say about Buds!

I have to agree. Before Obama was elected I had nothing but positive with Buds... After that they went down hill fast. Ordered guns and paid for them, only to findout weeks later that they oversold the guns. Than they started their own auctions and now their "VIP" program? Give me a break. Seems like their phone system is always having problems and it takes forever to get a customer service person on the phone. Sorry Buds, but they get a negative rating in my book.
