Do you mind linking if still available? Cheapest I can find is $32. Even if junk I'd gladly waste $12 just to satisfy the morbid curiosity...and always wanted to build the most ridiculous BBQ gun ever which this might work for ;)
Edit: I think you might be referring to the below listing however the price is for just the base. Some eBay sellers use (in my opinion) bait and switch tactics with the description advertising one product but the displayed pricing is that of a much cheaper and only vaguely related item.

From reading the description of what all is included I think it includes the complete sight, various mounts, tools, etc. The only thing they mention not being included is the battery. The operator in this video is very happy with his Flip Dot Sight. You might could even say he's plum giddy over it.

Thanks for the link but that appears to be just the base. The actual sights (if they can be called that) are selected by changing "colors." I think the listing practice is shady actually, easy to think you are buying one product when you are buying another.
