Fairly certain the rules have pissed off a lot of people, which will result in many law suits and likely an injunction. I’d bet most vendors will hold onto these at normal (or slightly discounted) prices until the courts can make a call.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Washington Gun Law has good coverage of this rule and what it means. In short, don’t do anything rash and urgently. You have 120 days after publish, and that should allow for the court system to work through it.
