Fostech Tech-15 8151B556A1-BLEM: Fostechs Tech-15 Series rifles provide the shooter with precision quality and advanced dynamics, at a budget-friendly price. This Tech-15 Stryker Series rifle uses the tougher-than-nails Fostech Tech-15 forged aluminum-alloy upper and lower receiver set as its foundation. The upper incorporates a Picatinny rail which aligns perfectly with the rail on the free float handguard, so the entire rifle is fully optics ready. The rifle features a full profile 16" 1 in 7 twist barrel chambered in 5.56 Nato, a black nitride bolt carrier group, and the newly designed Mach-2 13" lightweight M-LOK compatible rail. professionally finished in black cerakote to match the receivers. Unlike the 16” rail on the Guardian Series, the 13" rail here reduces weight and allows for greater barrel and muzzle brake visibility. The Tech 15 Stryker also utilizes a Fostech .750 low-profile gas block complimenting a mid-length gas system, for ultra-smooth cycling and reliability. All of these premium features are designed to allow the rifle to keep a very trim profile while also making it a workhorse capable of long days on the range. Fostech designed this rifle to hold up under even the heaviest of combat conditions and while it is slightly heavier at 6.4 lbs than some of their more premium models, it is still one of the lightest rifles on the market. Note: The Blem of this particular model is due to the trigger pocket being cut deeper than normal, but not in a way that affects the function of the firearm. The deeper cut will prevent the usage of the Echo series of trigger. The lower is fully anodized, and the error in milling is not perceptible to the naked eye.
