Custom Serialized AR-15 80% LOWER RECEIVER - Anodized Black

This is for a custom engraved 80% AR-15 lower receiver complete with your own info engraved onto the lower receiver. This is NOT REQUIRED for most states. This is specifically for CA residents or if you want to engrave the lower for personal reasons.
Please follow CA DOJ rules regarding serializing and registering your lower. You will have to apply for a serial number from CA DOJ unless you fall under certain conditions. Read more about CA DOJ rules here: CA DOJ Serial Number Application
Please provide the following information which will be engraved onto the lower receiver:
Serial Number: Enter your own unique serial# or the serial# approved by CA DOJ. Must be less than 12 characters. It is recommended to use a combination of letters and numbers.
Caliber: "MULTI" will be marked on the lower receiver unless otherwise specified by CA DOJ.
Name: Enter the name of the person who will register/own the lower. Maximum of 30 characters including spaces. May have to be split into 2 lines if name exceeds 14 characters. Use the same name when you filled out the form to register your lower. Otherwise you can use any name you like if you do not need to have CA DOJ approval.
City and State: Enter the city and state of residence of the person who will register/own the lower.
Model Number: A model number is not required unless you entered one during the CA application for serial# process or if you will be registering your lower as an “assault weapon” with the California DOJ. There are additional requirements for registering an assault weapon with CA. Please consult your FFL or lawyer regarding requirements for CA assault weapons registration.
